Full Service Coordinating & Pre-planning

This is our full service wedding planning package for the Bride who wants to leave all the leg work to her professional planner so she can enjoy every moment. When booking us for the “Over the Top Fabulous Package” we start with a budget planning meeting to discuss your dream look along with determining the style of vendors that will best fit your style and look. In this package we will setup vendor interviews and bookings. We will provide you with unlimited meetings to ensure no detail is left undone. Then prior to your wedding date we sit down and go over every detail of what we have pre-planned for your wedding day, along with creating the day of the event timeline to ensure that no detail is overlooked.

Services include everything including the following;

• Unlimited meetings, budget planning and management
• Setting up vendor meetings, reviewing contracts, and finalizing details
• Meeting four to six weeks prior to the wedding
• to confirm all details, put your timeline together and have a walk through at the wedding & reception site if needed
• Coordinating with all vendors & providing them with your timeline
• Up to 2 hours for your wedding rehearsal
• On your wedding day one or more coordinators are provided to take care of your wedding day from start to finish
